Available in side-standing and forward-facing configurations, the D12 S/SF delivers up to 1.2 tonnes of lifting capacity and the flexibility to suit a wide range of warehouse applications.

Safety
The D12 S/SF keeps operators protected during travel by ensuring they remain within the truck's protective profile, while the compact chassis provides a clear view of the fork tips for improved awareness around obstacles. An electromagnetic braking system automatically slows the truck when the operator steps off the pedal, adjusting braking force according to the load being carried. A dead-man switch provides additional protection in emergency situations, and Curve Assist automatically reduces travel speed when cornering to support safer handling.

Ergonomics
Long shifts are made more comfortable through a suspended operator platform that helps absorb shocks and vibrations before they reach the driver. On the D12 S, an adjustable control console and supportive backrest allow operators to find a comfortable working position, while all key functions, including travel, lifting and the horn button, can be operated with one hand. Deep storage compartments on both models also keep scanners, paperwork and other work essentials within easy reach.

A powerful 3kW AC motor delivers travel speeds of up to 10 km/h, while the tight turning radius makes manoeuvring in confined areas quick and precise. Eco Mode reduces energy consumption by up to 12%, helping extend operating time during demanding shifts, and a range of mast options allows the truck to be matched to different storage requirements. An optional load backrest provides additional load stability during transport.

Service
A maintenance-free AC drive motor forms the foundation of the D12 S/SF's low-maintenance design, helping keep servicing requirements and operating costs under control. The motor is protected against dust for improved long-term reliability, while CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to quickly access truck data for troubleshooting and maintenance planning. Key service components are also positioned for easy access, helping minimise downtime when maintenance is required.
