DATRON machines are highly dynamic, and utalise High-Frequency spindles (up to 60,000rpm).
This combination is ideal for both intricate parts with small features, or for large parts with large 3D surfacing operations.

Add DATRON Vacuum workholding for fixture-free machining of parts from plate. On-machine nest/array functions allow operators to simply scale up from 1 part to hundreds, without reprogramming!

Powered by the DATRON next control, setup and run jobs with ease via the "drawn-on" camera assisted probing cycles, and on-machine toolpath simulation. The DATRON next control is fully featured for advanced users, but intuitive for beginners.
