SPECIAL FEATURES
With the Inventhor 6.2, Doppstadt is consistently continuing its concept of “Smart Solutions.” The latest generation of slow speed shredder is designed for maximum cost-effectiveness when shredding.

For example, with the unique direct drive concept VarioDirect Drive. It uses the superposition gear patented by Doppstadt. This combination of mechanical and hydraulic gear transfers the drive force to the shredding system in a stepless and variable manner . This means that the speed of the shredding roller can be flexibly adjusted to different material throughputs, while the drive works highly efficiently at a constant speed. In addition, shredding can be stopped and started even under load. And in the event of a blockage, the Vario gear can automatically switch to reversing mode.

The intuitive operating concept and modular design of the Inventhor 6.2 ensure maximum availability for a wide range of applications. The cutting gap can be changed at the touch of a button in order to adapt the shredding result to changing requirements.

Its material feed area also ensures smooth shredding . It has a hopper volume of 4.5 m³. The total volume can be expanded to approx. 8 m³ using removable attachment plates. Thanks to the loading width of over 3.3 m, loading with large wheel loader shovels is also user-friendly. The folding hopper can either be loaded and tipped in batches, or it can be set to a suitable angle so that the material slides into the shredding area by itself.

Thanks to its wide-opening comb flap, the entire shredding area and the engine compartment are easily accessible. This means that maintenance and changeover processes can be carried out quickly and safely, significantly increasing machine availability.

The Inventhor 6.2 is also characterized by greater flexibility. Various rear conveyor systems can be easily attached and exchanged via the central mount. The selectable conveyor lengths of 4.9 m and 7 m result in very high discharge heights and continuously adjustable conveyor inclinations.

The Inventhor 6.2 is available as a trailer, semi-trailer or with a tracked chassis as standard , so that it can be moved automatically if necessary.
