Dewatering Screw Press – Dahan DW-200

Heavy-duty dewatering screw press designed for efficient separation of liquids from solids across a wide range of slurry applications. Featuring a robust stainless steel auger and heavy-duty stainless steel wedge wire screen, this unit delivers reliable performance while reducing waste volume and improving material handling.

Suitable for a variety of industrial dewatering applications including food processing, wastewater treatment, cow manure dewatering, agricultural products, and other slurry-based processes.

Slurry is fed into the inlet hopper where the screw auger conveys the material through the dewatering screen. Liquid is discharged through the drain outlet beneath the machine, while dewatered solids are compressed and discharged from the end of the screw. An adjustable counterweight system on the discharge end provides back pressure, allowing the dryness of the discharged solids to be optimised for different products.
