KANG Industrial TGK-16A Double Column Band Saw
The KANG TGK-16A, a semi-automatic, heavy-duty double-column bandsaw engineered for precise and efficient cutting of solid materials, profiles, pipes, especially suited for bundle metal cutting. Built with a robust cast iron frame and precisely ground column guide, this dual column band saw is designed for professional workshops, fabrication shops or manufacturing environments. The bandsaw features hydraulic material clamping for secure holding, and a bundle vice that allows for efficient cutting of entire material bundles to specified lengths.
Rigid Dual-Column Design Solid steel saw frame with torsion-proof construction for minimal vibration and precise cuts on large/heavy materials. The dual columns provide excellent stability, making it ideal for bundles or awkward profiles.
Hydraulic Clamping System. Both the workpiece vice and blade tensioning are fully hydraulic, ensuring secure hold-down and easy operation. The vice is designed for quick setup, with parallel jaws to minimise material deformation.
Semi-Automatic Operation Bandsaw After manual loading and length setting, the machine automatically feeds the blade, performs the cut, and returns the blade to the setting position. Includes automatic shut-off for safety.
Standard with Hydraulic Bundle Clamping Vice. This Bandsaw cuts multiple pieces in one cycle, instead of one by one, increasing productivity.
