The SYU33180 is a high-torque, low-speed twin-shaft shredder designed as the primary shredder in a mixed or heavy waste stream. Where high-speed shredders stall, smoke and wear out blades, the SYU33180 turns at just 11rpm and applies raw shear force instead — so it pulls in bulky, thick and hard-to-break material without drama, runs quieter, and goes far longer between blade changes.

Twin 30kW Siemens drives (60kW total) work through an 830 x 1800mm cutting chamber with 24 blades at 50mm thick, laid out in a V-helix distribution so load is spread evenly across both shafts rather than spiking on one section of the rotor. Blades are specified in H13 or Hardox to suit your material, and both sides of the chamber are lined with Hardox wear-resistant plates — the parts that take the punishment are the parts built to be replaced.
