ECCO 2K HV (Plural Pump) PFP Solvent Free Epoxy Spray System (Plural Pump) Frame Mounted Heated Airless Spray System suitable for application of all
major Solvent Free Plural Component Intumescent (PFP) Fireproofing Epoxies.

The Ecco 2K HV PFP is a compact unit, built around supplying a complete proportioning system for the accurate mixing and application of PFP materials.

The system comprises of the following:

1 x Ecco 2K HV PFP Metering system complete with a 10,000cc air motor and fixed ratio proportioning system, standard configuration by volume as
required. Air supply with electric solenoid air operated reg/lub distribution manifold. 2 Feed Pumps, dual action ram mounted
complete with follower plate assemblies, air bleed valve, bucket blow off valve, pump air regulator and air shutoff valve.

1 x 30:1 ratio hot water/solvent flushing pump c/w air regulator, pressure gauge, air shut off valve, suction hose and high-pressure outlet shutoff valve.

1 x Hot water recirculation pump, complete with air regulator, pressure gauge shut off valve and water shut off valve.

2 x 14” stainless steel material holding tanks complete with heavy duty agitators, electric heating blankets and thermostats

3 x High pressure inline material heaters, 4kW (240V) each, (2 base/1 activator) thermostatiy controlled complete with high pressure outlet
thermometers.

1 x Stainless steel water recirculation/flush tank with thermostatiy controlled heating, insulation, protective cover and supply water hose
connection.

1 x High pressure outlet manifold with base and activator feed and return valves, material isolation valves, high pressure (0-6000psi) pressure gauges,
hot water recirculation valves and hot water/solvent flushing valves.

1 x Electric control panel with circuit breakers for each separate electrical component on the unit. 440v / 63amp supply.

2 1x 5 metre hose bundle with mixer block assembly, material on/off valves, flush valves, ratio sampling valves and material check valves. (Extra hose
bundle assemblies available on request at extra cost).

1 x ¾” stainless steel mixer assembly.

2 x Manual pre-set pressure safety relief fluid valve (activator and base) 1 Whip hose, 5 metre BSP high pressure paint line.

1 x High volume, heavy duty PFP airless spray gun complete with swivel, spray tip, and holder.

1 x High pressure shut down system complete with emergency stop button.

1 x Standard spares package. (which can also be found in section 14 – maintenance drawings and parts)

1 x Daily maintenance checks manual (also found in section 14).
