The ENERPAT Complete Tyre Recycling Line is a fully integrated recycling plant designed to process end-of-life passenger car tires, truck tires, bus tires, and OTR mining tires. With a stable processing capacity of 3 tons per hour, the system converts waste tires into valuable recycled materials including rubber chips, rubber granules, rubber powder, recovered steel wire, and carbon black feedstock.
Built on a modular process design, this 3 T/H Tyre Recycling Plant combines primary shredding, steel wire separation, screening, and optional fine grinding into one complete recycling solution. Customers can begin with the essential processing equipment and expand the plant as production capacity or market demand increases.
The recycling line supports two different production routes. One option produces 5–50 mm rubber chips or 10–40 mesh rubber granules for playground surfaces, sports fields, rubber products, and civil engineering applications. The second option prepares low-steel rubber chips (?1% steel content) as an ideal feedstock for tire pyrolysis plants.
Designed for continuous industrial operation, the ENERPAT Complete Tyre Recycling Line delivers high throughput, reliable steel recovery, low operating costs, and flexible system expansion, making it an ideal investment for tire recyclers, waste management companies, and resource recovery facilities.
