The ENERPAT BM-C Metal Briquetting Press is a heavy-duty hydraulic briquetting system designed to compress loose metal chips into high-density briquettes. Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, nickel, Inconel and other machining swarf, the machine helps manufacturers reduce waste volume while improving material handling and recycling efficiency.
Using high-pressure hydraulic compression, the BM-C transforms loose metal chips into compact briquettes without the use of binders or additives. The dense briquettes are easier to store, transport and remelt, reducing furnace oxidation while improving melting efficiency and increasing the value of recyclable metal.
During the briquetting process, residual cutting fluids are squeezed from the chips and collected for reuse. This produces cleaner, drier briquettes while allowing manufacturers to recover valuable coolant, reduce fluid consumption and lower disposal costs.
Designed for continuous industrial production, the BM-C offers capacities from 50 to 2,000 kg per hour, making it suitable for both medium and large-scale machining operations.
