The ENERPAT WG-400S Cable Wire Granulator Machine is designed to recover reusable materials from scrap cables by reducing the cable into granulated material and separating the copper conductor from plastic insulation.
It is a practical option for recycling businesses handling different types of cable waste, including electrical wire, power cable, communication cable and automotive wiring. Rather than processing copper and insulation as one mixed waste stream, the machine produces separate copper and plastic outputs for easier downstream recycling.
The WG-400S uses a 27 kW motor and can process approximately 150–300 kg/h, depending on the cable material and operating conditions. It accepts cable with a diameter of up to 20 mm.
Where It Fits
The machine can be used by scrap yards, cable processors, metal recyclers and recycling workshops looking to add cable processing to their existing operations. Its compact configuration also makes it suitable where available floor space is limited.
