The ENERPAT WG-400S Copper Wire Granulator Machine is designed to recover copper from scrap wire and cable at an approximate processing rate of 150–300 kg/h. It reduces incoming cable into granulated material and separates the copper from its plastic insulation for further recycling.
The machine is suitable for cable recycling operations handling electrical wire, power cable, communication cable and automotive wiring. Cables with diameters of up to 20 mm can be processed, making the WG-400S suitable for a range of commonly encountered copper scrap.
With a 27 kW motor, the WG-400S offers a compact solution for businesses that want to process copper-bearing wire in-house rather than rely on manual sorting.
