The ENERPAT WG-400S Wire Granulator Machine is built for recycling scrap copper wire and cable with diameters of up to 20 mm. It combines wire granulation and material separation in one compact system, allowing copper and plastic insulation to be recovered separately.
The WG-400S is suited to mixed batches of electrical wire, communication cable, automotive wiring and other copper-containing cables. After processing, the recovered copper granules can be collected for further recycling, while the separated plastic can be handled as a secondary recyclable material.
A 27 kW motor provides the power required for regular cable processing, while the compact machine layout makes it suitable for workshops, scrap yards and dedicated cable recycling operations.
