Karl Schnell FLM2 Triple Stage Emulsifier
Heavy-duty triple stage emulsifier built on a stainless steel frame, powered by a 55kW motor running at 1450 RPM. All wetted parts are stainless steel for full hygiene compliance, with an adjustable cutting head currently fitted with a 4mm diameter mild steel screen.
Feed opening measures 350mm x 450mm, making this unit well suited to fine grinding and size reduction of food products and other wet materials across a range of processing applications.
