The ENERPAT® Li-ion Battery Recycling System is a high-efficiency crushing and recovery solution designed for spent lithium batteries. It enables the recovery of valuable metals such as copper and zinc, supporting efficient resource reuse and circular economy applications. The system delivers a processing capacity of up to 1.5 tons per hour.
The system integrates feeding, crushing, nitrogen protection, fire suppression, and intelligent monitoring into one continuous process. Batteries are lifted into a sealed buffer chamber, where nitrogen is injected to reduce oxygen levels below 5%, ensuring a safe inert environment before shredding.
Once inside the nitrogen-shielded crusher, batteries are reduced to approximately 30 mm (adjustable), and the material is transferred via auger conveyor to the next stage. The modular design allows flexible plant layout and smooth integration between each processing unit.
