The CW01 is designed to contain and treat wash water from mixer truck washdown procedure after delivery of the batch on site. It can then be pumped to a secondary unit for further processes such as pH correction. The CW01 uses heavy duty geotextile filter bags to separate the aggregate and silt from concrete wash water. The wash water seeps through the geotextile into the front catchment tray, from which it is pumped into the second water storage and treatment chamber.
