External Turning Kit for WS Series Multi-Purpose In-Line Boring Machines

CNC MACHINERY SALES AUSTRALIA PRESENTS - The EXTERNAL TURNING KITS, accessory components that allow precise external diametrical machining and that, combined with the Ws series, expand their potential, transforming in-line boring machines into actual portable external turning machines.

Depending on the machine model, they can be supplied in two different versions:

Motorized for turning and overlay welding (KEW) compatible with WS3 and WS5;

Non-motorized for turning (KET) compatible with WS2, WS2 Compact, WS2 Plus and WS3.

In the case of the MOTORIZED EXTERNAL TURNING KIT (KEW), in addition to cylindrical turning, it is also possible to perform conical turning and overlay welding on the external surface of shafts and/or tubular bodies.

An adjustable anchoring system allows the kit to be articulated and adapted even in the presence of complex geometries and dimensions. In the case of deep axial machining, the kits can be equipped with a STEADY REST KIT that acts as a solid auxiliary support.
