The RTL is designed for high-volume processing of long aluminium sheets, plate, extrusions and large-format components. Machines can be manufactured up to 21 metres long, allowing multiple sheets to remain loaded simultaneously.

A common dual-zone arrangement can hold two 9-metre sheets, so the machine cuts at one end while operators unload and reload the other. This reduces changeover delays and keeps the spindle producing.
