BUILT AND MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE
Plasma cutting, welding, electric-furnace annealing, CNC gantry milling and pickling/spraying all completed in-house rather than outsourced, so accuracy is controlled from raw material through to finished frame. The bed is heat-treated, annealed and precision-machined for a stress-free structure that resists twisting and distortion over years of use.

PLUG AND PLAY INSTALL
The 6kW version ships with plug-and-play electrics - no on-site wiring required. Requires a 63amp 3-phase outlet with neutral, located within 3m of the machine, or can be wired up to an isolator within 3m if preferred. Position the machine, connect your services, power up and commission. The machine also arrives pre-loaded with proven cutting parameters for standard materials and thicknesses, so operators aren't starting from a blank sheet.

This price is for the machine only and does not include setup, commissioning or operator training. A full-service install is available and strongly recommended for first-time laser purchasers - our technicians handle setup, commissioning and training on site, so the machine is dialled in and integrated properly from day one.
