This ENERPAT fine aluminum burr compactor is specially designed for micro particle material processing, achieving professional densification treatment for tiny aluminum scraps. It compresses scattered aluminum burrs into solid, high-density regular bales, greatly improving stacking efficiency and reducing transportation and storage costs.
The machine adopts integral mortise welding and full CO? gas shielded welding structure with excellent overall rigidity. The sturdy frame remains stable and deformation-free during long-term continuous fine material compression. Equipped with upgraded anti-abrasion inner cavity protection, it effectively resists continuous friction and erosion from tiny aluminum particles, reducing wear damage and lowering daily maintenance frequency.
With dual-cylinder synchronous hydraulic pressing system, the equipment provides uniform and delicate pressing force, realizing thorough micro-particle densification and ensuring consistent bale tightness. It supports effective separation and recycling of residual cutting fluid and lubricating oil on aluminum burrs. The optimized internal structure allows quick cleaning of fine powder and oil sludge without complicated disassembly, avoiding pipeline blockage and maintaining long-term stable operation.
