The Pacific Fresh Meat Slicer, Strip Cutter & Dicer is a compact, high-output cutting machine engineered to process boneless primal cuts into uniform steaks, schnitzels, stir-fry strips, or diced cubes at rates of 800kg to 1,200kg per hour. Ideal for butcheries, boning rooms, poultry and seafood processors, jerky and biltong producers, and pet food facilities, it handles beef scotch, eye fillet, pork loin, chicken breast, squid rings, liver, and pig's ears.
