Heavy-duty Genox V1000 Vision Series industrial single-shaft shredder, manufactured in August 2013.

Designed for size reduction of plastics, bulky mouldings, production waste, timber, paper, cardboard, cable, textiles, foam and other suitable recyclable materials.

Powered by a 45kW / 60HP main drive, the V1000 incorporates a 1000mm-wide cutting rotor, hydraulic force-feeding ram and interchangeable sizing screen. Its replaceable rotor knives work against adjustable fixed counter-knives to reduce material to a controlled particle size.

Supplied with its separate electrical control cabinet, incorporating manual and automatic controls for the rotor, hydraulic pusher and oil pump.

A substantial industrial shredder suitable for plastics manufacturers, recycling facilities, waste processors and materials-recovery operations.
