Gove Reverse Pulse Dust Extraction Plants -
To service whole factories with the lowest possible maintenance involved.
These systems use either filter socks or filter envelopes, with regular, timed blasts of compressed air blowing through the filters in the reverse direction to the suction, cleaning them continually as they operate. Compared to bag house extractors with shaker systems or reverse flow fan cleaned extractors, the reverse pulse method is so much better and more efficient that there is no comparison.
Gove manufacture reverse pulse dust extraction units from 5hp up to 250hp and their competitive pricing enables Leda to offer units with a lot more features than other machines currently on the market.
Gove equip their units with top quality German made filter fabric. Larger models also have rotary valves to empty the waste into an industrial bin, so the extractor unit does not have to be turned off while changing bins over when one is full. This also eliminates the problem of pressurized bin lids leaking, when extractors empty into the bin.
The base of a Gove extractor can be made to a height and width to suit whatever type of bin or vehicle the purchaser wishes to use to receive the waste.
An electrical control panel with full switchgear is included with every Gove unit and for larger horsepower units, an inverter starter is available.
Variable speed control of the fan motor for energy saving can be supplied, linked with automatic, pneumatically controlled shut-off gates for optimal performance and efficiency.
To comply with clean air requirements and still have a powerful, effective dust extraction system that keeps on working well long term, there is no better system than reverse pulse.
The Gove experience and expertise worldwide, allow us to quote the exact system required for each factory based on the size and quantity of the woodworking machines involved.
