This is a flat-table, gantry-style CNC processing center engineered specifiy for nested manufacturing of panel-based components. It features a heavy steel frame and a twin-drive gantry system to ensure rigidity and processing stability.
This is a stable working machine since originally purchased new from Homag and serviced by Homag. Only selling to make room for new Homag machine.

• Working Field: Total bed surface area measures 3700 x 1880mm. All onboard tools can fully reach the entire field.
• Main Router Spindle: 9 kW HSK F63 liquid-cooled spindle, operating at variable speeds from 1,250 to 24,000 RPM.
• Drilling Block: 2.7 kW drive unit equipped with 10 independent vertical drilling spindles and a patented mechanical clamping system.
• Vacuum Hold-Down: Configured with two 500 m³/h vacuum pumps. The Matrix table features quick-select zones configured for common sheet dimensions up to 3600 x 1800mm.
• Tool Changer: 14-position automatic ride-along tool changer mounted in the X-direction.
Transport, Inspection & Sale Terms:
Buyer to arrange shipping including lifting, rigging and labour, from our factory in Rydalmere, Sydney, NSW. Machine will be in operation for a limited time to view the machine running. Machine will be decommissioned from services soon.
Inspections are strictly by appointment only. Machine is sold as is. All books and manuals we have on the machine are included, along with the drills in the head but no other tools or routers are supplied.
