Hafco BM 62VE Turret Milling Machine

In near-new condition, we have an ex-school Hafco BM 62VE Turret Milling Machine for sale.

This BM-62VE turret mill is set up and ready for work, with power feed, digital readout, and an air power drawbar already fitted — no add-ons needed to get started.

The hardened and ground work table and slide-ways, combined with Turcite B coating on the X and Y-axis slide-ways, keep the machine running smooth and precise with minimal friction. The mechanical variable speed head gives a wide 60-450 RPM (low) to 450-3600 RPM (high) range, and the NT40 spindle taper with chrome and ground quill handles a broad range of tooling. Power feed on the X and Y axes and a powered Z-axis take the effort out of repetitive work, while the one-shot lubrication system keeps maintenance simple.

Included with the machine: 3-axis digital readout and an air-powered drawbar which is an extra not fitted to the oringinal machine.

3 Phase Power — Please Note
This machine does not include a plug. When 3 phase machinery is decommissioned from industrial use, it is typically disconnected from a switchboard by an electrician — meaning no plug is fitted, and in some cases the cable may also be absent.

As a machinery dealer, we are not electricians and are unable to supply or fit plugs. Buyers will need to arrange connection through a licensed electrician. This is no different to purchasing new 3-phase machinery, which also requires a licensed electrician for installation.

On occasion, a machine will arrive with a plug already fitted — in that case, it stays. For the same reason we don’t fit plugs, we don’t remove them either.

Inspection & Testing
We recommend customers visit our warehouse to inspect the machine in person. A test run can be arranged so you can assess operation prior to purchase and make an informed decision.
