The Pacific Heavy-Duty Fresh Meat Slicer, Strip Cutter & Dicer is a high-speed, industrial inline cutting system engineered to process large boneless primal cuts into uniform steaks, schnitzels, stir-fry strips, or diced portions. Featuring an extra-wide 440mm conveyor belt, it is ideal for high-volume boning rooms, wholesale butcheries, poultry and seafood processors, jerky/biltong manufacturers, and pet food facilities handling beef primals, pork collar butt, pork rind, kangaroo, liver, chicken breast, and seafood.
