Designed for accurate automated cutting and 3D profiling, it produces ready-to-fit pipe connections with excellent repeatability—minimising grinding, fitting, welding time and material waste.
Capable of processing pipe from approximately 48 mm through to 1,225 mm diameter, the SPC 1200 is ideal for structural steel, mining, offshore, pressure piping and heavy-fabrication applications. Its multi-axis cutting head can produce complex profiles, mitres, saddles, slots, holes and weld preparations, including bevel cuts up to 70 degrees.
