Heavy duty AC servo drives coupled with precision planetary gearboxes provide fast positioning. Hardened and ground helical rack and pinion provides smooth motion with excellent edge finish on machining.
Our cutting system includes a full ToolShop nesting and toolpathing software license, an AutoCAD-style CAD module, native line arc and shape drawing tools, and automatic repair of open corners and overlaps in DXF. The software supports automatic toolpathing and nesting from an Excel-type file (CSV), with full true-shape nesting capabilities, printing of labels for parts and sheet remnants, and nesting reports with detailed statistics.

ProfileShop V4 Controller
ProfileShop 4 is a full 3D capable controller interface that provides a real-time display and simulation of all machining processes. All jobs are managed by on-screen controls for setting origins, changing tools, starting, stopping and recovering jobs.
