High Speed Robotic Palletising System

The PACK-X robotic palletiser from DPAC Robotics & Automation is a complete, turnkey cell built around a proven KUKA industrial robot. It’s designed, built, programmed and commissioned here in Australia.

It picks cartons, bags or crates from your conveyor and stacks them onto pallets in any pattern you need, shift after shift, without fatigue, injuries or missed layers. It suits food and beverage, packaging, building products, agriculture and general manufacturing.

No programming required. New products and pallet patterns are set up from the touchscreen by entering box dimensions and choosing a layout. Your operators can make changeovers themselves, without calling in a robot programmer.

Optional add-ons to suit your line:

-Machine vision for product verification, orientation checks and picking from variable positions
-Conveyor systems for infeed, accumulation, pallet handling and outfeed
-Barcode and QR code scanning for product identification, automatic recipe selection and traceability
