High Temperature Oil Heater Unit - 300Deg C, 24kW

The Tool-Temp TT-390 CN is a high-performance temperature control unit designed for moulds in the die-casting industry, as well as small rollers and plates. It operates with heat transfer oil at temperatures up to 300°C and features a self-optimizing electronic controller (MP-888) for precise temperature regulation. The unit offers robust safety features, including dry run protection, electronic and mechanical temperature limiters, and visual failure indicators. Key advantages include automatic temperature control, leakstopper device for pressure or vacuum operation, limescale-free heat exchanger, and a leak-free high-temperature pump. With a heating capacity of 24 kW (single circuit) or 2 x 24 kW (twin circuit) and a cooling capacity up to 60 kW, the TT-390 CN ensures reliable, efficient, and safe operation for demanding industrial applications.
