Site office, portable unit. Has been inside the factory (not exposed to the elements) for the last 20 years. It has a split system and windows on three sides plus a door. Inside it has a switch board and ethernet connections, power connections and a data rack (Rackpac). It was used as an office. There is a bit of damage on one external corner but otherwise it's in pretty good condition.
