Industry

The Kalin Industry is a high speed machine for two and four side planing. Extremely robust and heavy structure with large stroke columns complete with automatic locking, ensure quiet accurate running.

Dedicated cutting units remove from the machine to knife grinder, complete with bearings in their housings. The grinding machine clamps these housings and rotates the cutting unit for a jointed finish straight from the grinder. Drivable from either end, the cutting units are moveable around the machine.

Hydroclamping shafts can be easily interchanged with the cutting units as all spindles are driven by a counter shaft.

This Industry machine is conceived for the industrial environment with customer personalised operating station.

Kalin have pushed the execution of machining timber to new limits with this machine. Nothing here is compromised.
