This used Mentpack Icy Pole Line is a fully automated industrial packaging system designed for the high-volume production and packaging of liquid-filled icy poles (ice blocks/Zooper Dooper style).

Manufactured by Mentpack Packaging Machinery, the line integrates liquid storage and dosing, 10-lane form-fill-seal technology, product conveying, secondary bundling and metal detection into one complete production setup.

The system features a 10-lane filling station, allowing multiple icy poles to be produced simultaneously for efficient, high-output manufacturing. Flavours can be dosed into the base liquid at the filling stage, providing the flexibility to produce multiple flavours within the same production run.
Equipment Included

Stainless Steel Tank Farm: Small stainless steel liquid storage tanks for flavours complete with dosing pumps.
Mentpack 10-Lane Form-Fill-Seal Machine: Automated machine designed to form, fill and seal individual icy poles.
Discharge Conveyor: Transfers finished products from the filling and sealing machine.
Elevating Conveyor: Moves products between processing and packaging stages.
Bundle Wrapper: Packages individual icy poles into secondary multi-packs.
Metal Detector: Provides product inspection as part of the packaging process.

Condition & Inspection
The complete line was reported to be in working condition when removed from service. The equipment is currently located in our warehouse and is available for inspection.
