The ENERPAT low-power-consumption stainless steel metal baler is specially built to compress loose stainless steel shavings, stainless steel turnings, leftover stainless steel sheets and fragmented stainless steel scraps into high-density solid bales. The energy-efficient optimized hydraulic system and reasonably matched power output cut invalid power waste during idle and low-load periods, while the reinforced sturdy body bears the squeezing load brought by hard stainless steel scraps, resolving the trouble of messy accumulation and excessive space occupation of scattered stainless steel scraps, and lowering electricity expenses, storage, delivery and subsequent smelting costs for metal recycling enterprises and machining factories.
This machine works with gravity feeding and belt conveyor feeding. An optional automatic tying system can realize automatic binding when the preset bale dimension or weight standard is fulfilled. It sustains stable heavy-duty continuous operation with a processing capacity up to 20 tons per hour, fitting long-term centralized treatment of stainless steel scraps in machining workshops and professional stainless steel recycling yards.
