JIBBI 1250 EVO - Tracked Boomlift w/Automatic levelling

The ALMACRAWLER - JIBBI 1250 EVO offers wide versatility to provide safe elevated lifting in a range of worksite settings.
Utilising it's Automatic levelling system, this tracked boomlift can safely work on steep inclinations up to 15 degrees without the use of stabilisers, and keeping itself mobile for fast, efficient work.

The JIBBI 1250 is available in choice of engine options
- EVO: YANMAR water-cooled diesel engine
- LTH/ELC: Battery Electric power source favouring high utilisation in low emissions areas such as indoors, or tunnel environments.

The variable width tracked undercarriages permits the machine to easily manouver tight access areas, withdrawing to a minimum width of 1150mm (with the platform removed), it can then expand to a maximum width of 1950mm ready for full aerial use. This system opens up added possibilities of where this machine can be utilised and provide elevated solutions.

The operator need not manually setup this machine, it comes equipped with automatic onboard systems to manage the elevated safety and operator comfort whilst in operations.

- DYNAMIC LEVELLING: The automatic levelling system is constantly active as the operator is travelling at stowed height. This keeps the operator standing stable in a level platform on all inclinations up to 15 degrees. The system also reduces waiting time for the automatic levelling system to correct at the desired workspace, increasing productive time for the operator to spend at work.

- PROACTIVE LEVELLING: While the machine is travelling elevated, if the system detects a change in ground inclination, it can perform a static level whilst at height. This reduces the frequency the operator must return to stowed height to re-level the chassis of the machine. Again, increasing productive time of the operator but reducing the wait time of waiting on machine operations at the worksite.

UAS: Anti-collision Ultrasonic System, for protecting the operator as an anticrushing barrier on both sides of the basket (in the upper and lower part); installed as standard for Australian production machines
