Constructed in mirror-polished 304L stainless steel throughout, the vessel features a close-clearance anchor sweep agitator for efficient mixing of viscous products, combined with a jacket for precise temperature control via hot water, or chilled water. At the top is two half-moon hinged lids for loading in product, while the bottom outlet assembly allows for complete and efficient vessel drainage
