Jinli Stainless Vibratory Free-Fall Metal Separator for Plastic Pellets

Jinli Mechanical stainless-steel free-fall metal separator with integrated vibratory feeder and pneumatic rejection system.

Designed to detect and remove metal contamination from free-flowing bulk materials such as plastic pellets, regrind, flakes and granulated recycled plastic.

Material is loaded into the stainless hopper and metered through the inspection chamber using the adjustable vibratory feed tray. Detected contamination is automatically diverted by the pneumatic rejection mechanism, helping protect shredders, extruders, injection-moulding machines and other downstream equipment.

Compact mobile design with stainless-steel product-contact components, enclosed control cabinet, adjustable vibration control and castor-mounted frame.
