This appears to be the wrist / lower arm section from a KUKA industrial robot, including the robot wrist axes and an Abicor Binzel CAT2 tool interface. Likely removed from a welding, cutting, flame, plasma, or robotic tooling application.

The main orange assembly is a KUKA robot wrist/forearm section. It appears to include the wrist drive housing and mechanical axis assembly from an industrial KUKA robot.
