The machine adopts premium mortise welded structure with full CO? gas shielded welding. The high rigidity frame resists continuous impact and vibration, keeping stable without deformation during long time heavy operation. Replaceable wear resistant liner plates protect the main cabinet from scrap abrasion and reduce daily maintenance work.
Dual cylinder synchronous thrust provides even pressing force to ensure uniform bale density. It supports separation for scrap oil to recycle residual cutting oil. The tank interior is easy to clean, allowing quick removal of sludge and sediment without complex disassembly to avoid oil channel blockage.
