ITEM 1 - 1 Only 2020 Heavy Duty Infinite Series AXYZ 4012 1C2Z + 1C1Z CNC Routing Machine
with 144" (3,567mm) x 60" (1,524mm) x 8" (203mm) routing area. All AXYZ CNC Routing Machines include
our A2MC controller with Compact Flash technology.
Table Top: T-Slot / Vacuum Table
Vacuum Pumps: 1 x 10hp Becker vacuum pump which has a flow displacement of 590m3/h
which provides longer work holding. Includes air filters and manifold.
Automatic Tool Tip Sensor: Standard on all CNC Routing Machines is our soft touch tool tip sensor, this
device automatiy measures the tool length when new tools are placed in
the spindle.
Note: This unit will have the ability to cut the 120mm material as discussed.
ITEM 2 - Extended Gantry
Extended gantry to allow for the processing of the complete process area by all 3 heads.
ITEM 3 - Extended Spindle / Knife Z Stoke to 16" (406mm)
Extended Z Stroke on all 3 head to allow for the use of long series tools / knives for the processing of the
customers panels as per drawing dated 22nd March 2019 and as discussed during the recent visit to AXYZ.
ITEM 4 - 4 x Pop Up Pins
These hardened location guides are pneumatiy activated to allow fast, repeatable placement of your
material onto the machine. The Pop Up Pins retract in to the bed during the cutting process.
ITEM 5 - Brushless Servo Motors
The AXYZ Infinite Series Routers are fitted with Brushless Servo Motor which deliver high speeds and high
torque capacity. For high volume applications where cycle times need to be kept to a minimum the servo
drive can help to boost productivity. This unit is fitted with 6 servo motors 2 on each of the X, Y and Z axes.


ITEM 6 - Auto Zone Management - Live Deck
This is unique and highly configurable option allows the AXYZ zoned vacuum system to operate in Live Deck
or independent switching modes of operation. Live Deck will automatiy activate and deactivate zones
according to the live position of the cutting head. This ensures the material is always held as securely as
possible for best cutting results.
ITEM 7 - 1C2Z Head Fitted with 1 x HSD Routing Spindle and 1 x Oscillating / Tangential Knife
• HSD Routing Spindle with ceramic air cooled bearings, maximum spindle speed of 24,000 RPM,
collet capacity 20mm and 3 Phase programmable electronic inverter. 6.6kw peak power.
• The Oscillating / Tangential Knife is a robust knife cutting tool designed for cutting thicker and harder
materials than a traditional knife can cut. The new Oscillating / Tangential Knife now greatly extends
the machines capability by allowing the processing of flexible and semi rigid media such as Eco
Panel, Insulation, X-Board, Foamboard, Closed Cell Foam, Plastic-covered Foam, Corrugated
Cardboard and Plastic, Gasket Materials, Rubber, Cork, Carpet, and other Single-ply Cloth or
Fabrics. These materials all present challenges for routers, but our Oscillating / Tangential Knife can
slice through these materials with ease, delivering clean cut edges without fraying.
ITEM 8 - 1C1Z Head Fitted with 1 x HSD Routing Spindle

Note: The pitch between the 1C2Z head and 1C1Z head is variable so that the pitch between the
spindles is able to be adjusted.
ITEM 9 - 14 Station Travelling Rotary Tool Change Unit
“State of the Art” fully enclosed 14 Station Rotary Tool Change Carousel. One spindle will change tools via
positions 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 and the second spindle will change tools via positions 2,4,6,8,10,12,14. Includes 14
x 10" (254mm) extended tool cups.
Note: Tool Change Unit is fully enclosed for operator safety and protection of tool holders.

ITEM 10 - The A2MC Controller
The A2MC delivers much smoother and faster motion based on S-Curve velocity trajectories than any
controller on the market in Australia. Machine acceleration is controlled by dynamic G-Force parameters, not
fixed linear parameters used on older technology routers. Connections to the machine controller is through a
TCP/IP connection to a host LAN system. There are no functional limits on the job size.

ITEM 14 – 2 x Cold-Air Gun System
Cold-Air Guns use vortex tube technology and filtered compressed air to produce sub-freezing air as low as -
30 deg F. Cold-Air Guns require no electricity, just a compressed air source. Cold Air Guns are used in the
machining of metals, plastics, ACM, ceramics and other materials. Cold air machining increases tool life by
up to 50% and feed rates by up to 30% compared to dry machining operations. The effective air cooling from
a Cold Air Gun can eliminate potential burning and weld back while improving part tolerance and surface
finish quality. The air gun nozzle has an adjustable temperature and flow setting and includes a frost free
nozzle to eliminate mess from frost and condensation
ITEM 15 - MC-102 Dual Bag Micro-Air Extraction System
The latest technology in efficient dust/swarf removal. The MC-102 series
extraction system provides increased flow rate of 2700 CFM with a filter
density of 0.06 microns which is up to 4 times greater filtration compared to
a standard bag system. Includes 10m of dust hose.

ITEM 16 - Vacuum Overarm
Vacuum overarm to support the dust extraction hose.
