KANG Manual Panbrake Folder W-10012A is a robust manual panbrake folder. Engineered for professional fabrication workshops, it specialises in forming deep boxes, pans, channels, trays, and custom profiles with precise bends. The W-10012A is a larger, heavier-duty sibling to the W-4812 (1220 mm model), offering double the length for handling full industrial sheets in HVAC, boiler-making, and enclosure production. Its all-steel welded construction emphasises rigidity for thick materials, with removable hardened fingers for versatility.
Industrial-Length Capacity. Full 2540mm length, bends a complete 2400 mm sheet in one hit – no joins, no seams, no repositioning. Perfect for long HVAC ducts, electrical cabinets, roofing flashings, truck side panels, etc.
Robust Manual Power. Designed to apply the necessary force for bending materials up to 2.5 mm mild steel (typical of conventional folders in this size), ensuring maximum capacity without the cost or complexity of a hydraulic system.
Rigid Construction Bender. Conventional folders of this size are built with heavy-duty, welded steel frames to handle the stress of long bends. This prevents frame deflection and ensures the folding angle is consistent from one end of the sheet to the other.
Accurate Control. Manual adjustment points for the clamping beam and apron allow for fine-tuning of clamping pressure and bend radius, giving the operator precise control over the final part geometry.
