PSM Welding is offering for sale our McElroy TracStar 618 butt fusion machine. This machine presents in near-new condition and has been meticulously maintained.
We purchased the machine from PSAH after it had undergone a complete professional rebuild. At the time of purchase, the machine had 750 operating hours. It has now completed only 880 hours, meaning it has had just 130 hours of use since the rebuild.

The 300mm–450mm inserts are the most expensive sizes to purchase, making this an outstanding package for contractors working on medium to large diameter PE pipelines.
The TracStar 618 is designed to fuse pipe sizes from 160mm to 450mm, is self-propelled on rubber tracks, and is widely regarded as one of the industry's most reliable fusion machines.
This machine has had very little use since its rebuild and is only being sold as it is surplus to our current requirements.
