One-piece bed is made of high compressive strength cast iron, high rigidity and stability for high precision machining.
Removable gap bed.
Bedways and slideways are harden and precision ground.
Slideways are coated with Turcite B to ensure smooth movement and minimum wear.
HEADSTOCK
All gears in headstock are made of chromium molybdenum steel,(SCM-21) with harden and precision ground.
Spindle supported at 3 pointed by precision taper roller bearings.
Forced lubricated to all gears and bearings.
