This hopper style automatic metal baler is engineered for higher throughput, and can compress with powerful force light scrap materials such as aluminium cans, metal turnings, metal chips, and other nonferrous pieces into dense, compact and easily?handled bales. Its large feeding hopper enables non?stop material input without frequent manual feeding interruption, supporting stable throughputs ranging from 1 to 10 tonnes per hour.
The machine comes with a separation structure for reuse for cutting oil. A filter?collecting tank sits at the bottom of the baler. When compressing damp metal turnings and chips mixed with cutting oil, residual cutting oil will be squeezed out from scrap. The oil flows down into the collecting tank and gets filtered. After filtering, clean cutting oil can be recycled and reused for machine?tool processing.
This reuse function reduces waste?oil disposal volume and lowers purchasing cost of new cutting oil. It also keeps bales drier, avoiding oil leakage during storage and transportation. Optimized internal compression cycle cuts idle time between bales. Designed to sustain long?run high?volume production, the machine features robust construction with Hardox wear plates and reliable hydraulic cooling system.
