This hopper style automatic metal baler is engineered for higher throughput, and can compress with powerful force light scrap materials such as aluminium cans, metal turnings, metal chips, and other nonferrous pieces into dense, compact and easily handled bales. Users can load through hopper. Its large feeding hopper enables non stop material input without frequent manual feeding interruption, supporting stable throughputs ranging from 1 to 10 tonnes per hour.
Operators load through hopper for convenient material feeding. Scrap can be poured into the wide opening hopper by forklift or conveyor. There is no need for manual shovel feeding. Large quantity scrap can go inside the machine continuously. The hopper opening accepts bulk loose scrap without pre shredding or pre sizing work.
Loading through hopper saves manual labor and speeds up feeding rhythm. It keeps the feeding process smooth even under full capacity working status. Optimized internal compression cycle cuts idle time between bales.
