N.KO UZ12 ULTRALIGHT AUTOMATIC-FEED PLATE BEVELLER

The N.KO UZ12 Ultralight is a compact, self-feeding plate bevelling machine designed to produce clean, consistent weld-preparation bevels quickly and with minimal operator effort.

Weighing approximately 30kg, the UZ12 can be handled by a single operator and used in either a mobile or stationary configuration. When working on large plates, the machine supports itself and automatically travels along the plate edge at 1.8m/min, eliminating the effort and inconsistency associated with manually operated bevellers.

The machine can also be inverted to bevel the underside of a plate, allowing double-sided X and K weld preparations to be produced without turning or flipping heavy material.
