N.KO UZ15 RAPID AUTOMATIC-FEED PLATE BEVELLER

The N.KO UZ15 Rapid is a powerful, automatic-feed plate bevelling machine designed to produce accurate, consistent and weld-ready edges on linear plate.

Unlike machines that require separate tooling for each bevel angle, the UZ15 provides infinitely variable adjustment from 15° to 50° without changing components. This makes it a flexible and productive solution for fabrication workshops handling a variety of weld-preparation requirements.

When working on large plates, the UZ15 supports itself and automatically travels along the material at up to 3.5m/min, significantly reducing operator effort and preparation time compared with manual grinding or handheld bevelling.

An optional 3D manipulator allows the machine to be quickly rotated through 180°, enabling the underside of a plate to be bevelled without turning or flipping the material. This provides a safer and more efficient method of producing double-sided X and K weld preparations on large, heavy plates.

The UZ15 Rapid is ideal for structural-steel fabrication, tank building, shipbuilding, mining maintenance and general heavy engineering applications.
