N.KO UZ18 HARDWORKER AUTOMATIC-FEED PLATE BEVELLER

The N.KO UZ18 Hardworker is a heavy-duty, automatic-feed plate bevelling machine designed for fast, accurate and consistent weld preparation on standard and high-strength materials.

With a maximum bevel width of 18mm and continuously adjustable angles from 15° to 50°, the UZ18 provides greater capacity than the smaller UZ-series machines. Its specialised drive system and robust steel frame make it well suited to demanding fabrication and assembly work.

The machine automatically travels along large plates at 1.9m/min without requiring additional support, significantly reducing operator effort compared with handheld bevelling or manual grinding.

An optional 3D manipulator allows the machine to be quickly rotated through 180°, enabling double-sided X and K bevels to be produced without turning or flipping large, heavy plates. The quick-connect mounting system also allows the beveller to be removed from the manipulator and used independently when required.

The UZ18 Hardworker is ideal for structural-steel fabrication, mining equipment, pressure vessels, tank construction, shipbuilding and general heavy engineering.
