With the operator platform positioned ahead of the battery, operators benefit from a clear view of the warehouse environment, while the compact design and tight turning radius make navigating narrow aisles quick and precise. The lift system raises pallets to a comfortable working height of up to 790mm, helping reduce bending and reaching during picking tasks. A fully suspended operator platform further improves comfort by absorbing vibrations throughout the shift.

Safety
The N16 Li combines intelligent braking technology with a stable truck design to help operators work confidently throughout demanding order picking tasks. A three-stage braking system automatically responds to both load weight and operating conditions, while the electromagnetic service brake is linked to the dead-man switch and emergency stop for additional control. Braking force increases in line with the load being carried, and travel speed is automatically reduced when cornering to improve stability. Self-centring power steering minimises steering effort, helping operators maintain precise control, while an optional load backrest can further improve load security during transport.

Ergonomics
Designed to minimise unnecessary movement and operator fatigue, the N16 Li supports comfortable, productive order picking throughout the shift. The low-entry platform allows quick access from either side of the truck, while rounded platform edges, storage compartments and equipment holders improve day-to-day usability. Forks can be raised to a comfortable working height for easier picking, and the optional Autolift function automatically adjusts fork height to match load position. Adjustable steering and seating support help operators find a comfortable working position, while the suspended operator platform reduces vibrations when travelling over uneven surfaces.

Handling
Built for efficient warehouse order picking, the N16 Li delivers responsive performance and excellent stability. Its 3kW AC drive motor provides travel speeds of up to 12 km/h, while the four-point contact design helps maintain confident handling under load. An initial lift function allows smoother travel over ramps and uneven floors, and the optional lithium-ion battery supports faster charging and increased operational flexibility. Clear steering wheel controls, a multifunction display and the available Autolift feature all contribute to faster, more efficient picking cycles.

Service
Long service intervals and low-maintenance components help keep the N16 Li available for work and reduce operating costs. The maintenance-free AC drive motor and adjustment-free braking system minimise routine servicing requirements, while service intervals of up to 1,000 operating hours help maximise uptime. Major components can be accessed quickly through the service panel, and CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to retrieve truck data efficiently for fault finding and maintenance planning. A robust cast-steel bumper also helps protect the suspended operator platform from accidental impact damage.
