Easy access from both sides of the truck and integrated pedestrian controls help minimise unnecessary movement during picking cycles, while intuitive controls and non-slip contact surfaces support confident operation throughout the shift. For applications involving first and second-level racking, an optional elevating platform extends the truck's versatility and provides secure footing when working at height.

Safety
Rounded chassis edges and a low-profile truck design help reduce the risk of foot injuries when working around the N20 C L, while the mast and lifting system are engineered to minimise potential pinch points during operation. Excellent all-round visibility gives operators a clear view of both the forks and surrounding work area, and the truck automatically adjusts its speed when cornering to improve stability with loads onboard. If the operator leaves the platform or activates the emergency stop, the truck immediately comes to a halt. Optional LED lights, a panoramic mirror and Linde BlueSpot™ can further improve visibility in busy warehouse aisles.

Automatic cornering speed reduction helps maintain stability, while the adjustable Linde steering wheel enables precise one-handed control of all truck functions. Integrated storage areas, including a bottle holder and document compartment, keep essential items close at hand throughout the shift. Charging is simplified through the onboard charger, and an optional lithium-ion battery supports opportunity charging during breaks.

Service
More time moving goods and less time in the workshop helps maximise productivity. Service intervals of up to 1,000 operating hours reduce maintenance interruptions, while the AC drive motor operates without routine servicing and requires no brake adjustments. Key components are positioned for easy access, and CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to quickly retrieve truck data for troubleshooting and maintenance.
