Its ergonomic lift system positions loads at a comfortable working height, helping reduce unnecessary bending when handling heavier items, while separate load levels allow delicate and heavier goods to be carried independently. A five-point ground contact design provides excellent stability at travel speeds of up to 12 km/h, and the fully suspended operator platform helps minimise vibrations for a smoother, more comfortable ride throughout the shift.

Safety
Safety on the N20 D (HP) starts with a robust chassis design and excellent visibility, helping operators remain aware of their surroundings throughout the picking process. Rounded chassis edges help reduce impact risks, while the battery's rear-mounted position provides a clear view of the travel path ahead. Automatic cornering speed reduction improves stability when turning, and a heavy-duty front bumper offers additional protection, with a rubber overlay available for increased impact absorption. The self-centring Linde steering wheel supports precise one-handed control, helping operators maintain control during travel and manoeuvring. To further enhance operator safety, the forks automatically stop 30cm above floor level during lowering, reducing the risk of accidental foot injuries.

Ergonomics
Frequent picking cycles become easier when operators can move comfortably and efficiently throughout the shift. A low step-in height of just 13.7cm and a wide U-shaped platform provide easy access from either side of the truck, while pedestrian controls allow short-distance movements without re-entering the operator compartment. Adjustable steering and seat options are also available to further enhance operator comfort.

The ergonomic lift system allows two pallets to be handled simultaneously, making it ideal for high-volume order picking and the transport of delicate products. Linde's intuitive steering system reduces effort between picking locations, while the initial lift function improves travel over ramps, dock levellers and uneven floor surfaces. A multifunction display keeps operators informed of key truck information, and optional lithium-ion battery technology supports fast, opportunity charging during breaks.

Service
Long service intervals and low-maintenance components help keep the N20 D (HP) productive throughout demanding warehouse operations. The maintenance-free AC drive motor eliminates many routine servicing requirements, while brake adjustments are not required during normal operation. Service checks are only needed every 1,000 operating hours, helping reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Key components are positioned for easy access beneath the service panel, and CAN bus diagnostics allow technicians to quickly retrieve truck data for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
